Ashley Poglese is currently employed with ARCADIS-US working under the Water Division. Ashley’s project work includes design and construction planning for green infrastructure, drinking water and wastewater treatment plant improvements, project permitting, buried infrastructure design and construction site inspections as the owner’s agent. Her project role varies from technical design to client facing coordinator depending on the client and project tasks required.

Maura Hesdon, LEED-AP, is a project manager for Shoemaker Construction Co., a construction management firm serving commercial, institutional and governmental clients in the Greater Delaware Valley. She is responsible for a wide range of projects including schools and university campus buildings, corporate and retail centers, municipal offices and parking garages. She oversees all aspect of each project from budgeting to construction, occupancy and turnover. Ms. Hesdon’s experience includes new construction, renovations, historical preservation and LEED/Green Building techniques. Email Maura Hesdon

Christine Workman, MBA, is the Service Sales Manager for KONE Elevator, responsible for coordinating all service sales activities from maintenance award to repairs and upgrades. She communicates directly with customers, building owners and sales associates, as well as service superintendents and sales and support staff, to insure successful and timely completion. She oversees all aspects of day-today management of sales projects, establishes performance and delivery criteria, prepares project orders and enforces deadlines. Email Christine Workman

Lori A Buckman has been the 3D CAD coordination lead estimator and client coordinator with DJM CAD & Coordination Services, Inc. for 7 years.  Lori's duties include either participation in or management of Full Coordination Meetings, clash detection, clash reporting, and client reviews.  Lori has been in commercial construction for over 30 years and started in a family owned business.  She has 15 years experience as a plumbing estimator as well as project management experience.

Lisa Keane  CPA, CIT, is a Senior Manager in the Construction and Real Estate and Construction Services Group of EisnerAmper, LLP, a leading regional accounting firm. Her responsibilities include providing accounting, auditing, tax, consultation and business advisory services to builders and real estate developers to assist them in building stronger organizational controls and to maximize the profitability of their companies. Lisa has over 20 years experience and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Additionally, she is active on the committees or boards in a number of industry related trade organizations. She graduated Cum Laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy in 1989. Email Lisa Keane
